Jennifer Hicks took the helm as Publisher of Modern Bride, Elegant Bride and Your Prom in 2008—following an esteemed career working for some of the industry’s foremost titles and covering a broad variety of categories.

Before becoming Publisher of these Condé Nast Bridal Media titles, Ms. Hicks was Associate Publisher of House & Garden; in the years preceding her tenure at Condé Nast, she served as Publisher of Premiere, Associate Publisher of Elle, Talk and Cosmopolitan, and Senior VP of Advertising at Parade. Along with women’s and general interest magazines, Ms. Hicks’ expertise extends to the luxury, men’s, and shelter categories. She was Group Sales Director for Hearst Corporate Marketing and Sales and Advertising Director for Esquire and Connoisseur. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hicks was also an Advertising Manager at both Country Living and Town & Country.

Jennifer Hicks received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She and her husband live in New Canaan, Connecticut.
